Return Policy

• Return Timeframe: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for innerwear, socks, sale items, or customized products.

• Return Process:

  1. Email us at auhub.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm return eligibility and guide you through the process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit or refund (as applicable) within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

• Size or Color Exchange:

  • If the item doesn’t fit or you want another color, we will gladly exchange it once per order, subject to availability.

• Damaged/Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement.
